Darts Tips from Wayne Mardle

I would like to add that I believe that you can over-think your technique but you can also under-think it.
If you have a solid technique and are aware of it, then it should be easier to get back on track if you are having one of those nights where nothing is going right.

Two areas that I believe you should concentrate on (not to mention a whole lot of others that come into play on a darts throw) are:
- Pivoting from the elbow, i.e. your elbow does not go up or down or sideways during the throwing action
- Slowing down your action. A quick pull back will inevitably reduce forward thrust accuracy (unless your technique is pretty much flawless as in the case of MVG)
